On siege crews and aiming

Humans can end up chain of commanding into a squad with a siege engine.

Thus a cannon can end up crewed by people with different Ranged attack scores/abilities. what determines the ranged of the shot, 1 chosen model? the majority of the crew? or the most unskilled crew-member?

Mark is correct on who shoots the weapon. Interesting idea with the siege weapons and mounts. Be curious to how it plays out.

btw, does the rest of the crew still have to use an attack/action to make the siege weapon fire? also also, in the errata indirect fire and artillery rules were added, but I think the rules got accidentally mixed up: indirect fire doesnt need LoS and artillery does, while in the forum post where this was discussed you said it the other way around, which makes much more sense to begin with!
