I'm working on my Fey faction and my Paragon ended up being a really beefy spell slinger with a whopping 7 max properties. Which makes me wonder if its possible to cast multiple spells a turn. Since Fey can power up any spell they cast, can you Quick Cast a bunch of spells in a row from the same model? Quick Cast makes it so casting a spell does not take an action. From my understanding of how properties work, my paragon gets 7 Properties per spell to boost up? Or is it 7 properties to spread across multiple spells if I can cast multiple a turn.

For casting powers that do not use an activation, so far we have played it so that a caster can cast as many of these free activation powers as they can. However, this is really only happens if someone has a few "self casting" powers.
As for Quickcast, it has the following sentence at the end, "Only one Quickcast power may be cast per activation and may be cast in conjunction with other powers". Therefor, you will not be able to use Quickcast multiple times.
Properties are for individual spells. Since the unit in question is a paragon you have the option of upgrading a spell by 5 properties with a cap of 7. The fey can only augment up to their class level as stated, "The caster may add properties up to a maximum equal to their Class Level."
