Today found another unclear point for me, please help
I have:
1) Priest-technomancer (level 3), who knows power of Holy Word (Truth, second tier, 25pts)
2) dwarf weaponsmith (level 3) who has Craftsmenship 1, Weapon Forges 2, Dwarven Firearms (pistol 5pts, musket 10pts) and Advance Ranged Weapon (firearms) 1
I would like to teach my elite warriors to use Advance Muskets, and infuse this muskets with Holy Word by my priest techomancer. As I understand level 2 warriors has limit Property 2, Weapon Forge with Craftsmenship 1 increase this limit to 3, I join Technomancy priest to level 2 warriors squad and can pay 18pts per musket for every model in squad who use this weapon. Is it correct?
And when this model will fire with muskets i will roll for hit using Combat Situation (with bonuses from musket strength or ranged bonus) and Ranged stat, and if result is more then 7 and less then 13 (power difficult 8 mortal threshold for humanoids 12) i can instead of resolve hit with muskets use Holy Word on target. Is it correct?
I think you have it correct in the building department. To me it seems that the power may be activated on a succesful ranged attack with a high enough result. I.e. you get both the normal ranged damage and the power. That is how I interpret the text under infused items at least.
Can you augment a power thats going to be infused?
Has to be a 10pt dude with hight enough max properties
Put it on a 10pt dude. So total 53 each.
toys before boys Especially when they are truth seeking magic muskets
I may be confused but I think the muskets are 35 each. 25 for the power plus 10 for the weapon which is how it is listed under infused items cost of weapon + cost of power. The ability to infuse costs 18 pts on the technomancer Character. I would like to know the full combo you are using to get the steampunk weapons as I want to do this as well Especially with the 2nd age coming up.
Thx a lot! Now my Primordial Vapor warriors are ready to strike
