I'm finding some of the rules a bit difficult to understand. I've been second guessing myself when it comes to the limit and what kinds of traits a class can have. Currently I'm stumped on this question: Are class traits specifically traits that are labeled as Class Traits only (Such as the Incubi trait on page 44) or may I choose any trait normally available for my faction.

When a trait Specifies "class" its saying you cant have it in the Main faction trait list it has to go on a class.
and same with Faction/species. when a trait says faction/species it goes in your main faction traits and not on a class.
so to answer your question. you may use traits normally available to your faction as long as it doesn't specify "Faction/species".
however if you make a class using the Monster X such as hellish monsters you create a class with new faction traits ( X traits) you can give that class species/faction traits in the faction section and create the class as normal.
