How does this work? I only see otherwordly materials show up once in Saurian, ancient branch Adamantite.
the one is earth is the infused version.
so doesn't look like there's any way to get the other materials, unless I'm over looking it

There are not many ways to get them. You are correct.
There are intentionally hard and difficult to reach when creating your factions. It was felt that helped create their mystique and rarity when they were used by a faction.
