Does Ethereal Jump from separate traits stack?

Question

There is a 1st as well as a 2nd tier trait in the Ethereal Sphere of influence in the Fey domain. Can I take take both on a single class for Ethereal Jump 7, or is it simply "Highest counts"?

You can normally stack abilities up to the maximum age bonus. In this case these should not stack, since it would put an X ability above the maximum age bonus.

This should be on the FAQ section through. Errata abilities that are already above the maximum age bonus as not being stackable.

stuff usually stack if their from the same branch,  and I think abilitys stack from where ever.

and Im pretty sure only characteristic scores dont stack from different branches.  I could be wrong,

For most abilities with a value X you are right, but so far it hasn't been true for distances --> can't stack Recon, tunneling, etc.
