I have a question similar to a recent one on "extra vs bonus traits":
In the sections for creating classes, it says as much as: "when creating a class, stat increases can be applied to all 9 characteristics as well as wounds and attacks."
I interpreted this as the increases under the header 'stats', as well as potential increases under class options (such as wildling). Am I right?
I believe this refers to Class Options that allow you to Increase Characteristics. If you picked up [Increase Characteristic X] as part of a Trait, it could only apply to the nine Characteristics, and not Attacks or Wounds.
