I asked this on discord but I'll put it here so people have an easier time searching for an answer in the future. On page 12 of Birth of Genesys, under the Branches of Life it does not mention Monsters. Also on page 4 of the same book Monsters are not a Domain. Does this mean that various traits from Monstrous Branches stack, since they are neither a Domain nor a branch of life? For example would something like Impressive Physical Characteristics (Monsters-Monstrous Branch) stack with Giant Monster (Giant Monsters-Monstrous Branch)? While this feels kind of like an oversight it also does not. Because Monsters are far more restrictive in their stat allocation then others and the point of Monsters is to have a big expensive unit rampaging through their enemies or Fighting other Monsters.

I interpretted it that way as indeed I saw no branches of life in the Monster domain. But... Curious to hear the official verdict though.
