Do I take this as a faction or class trait? Both are weird
Either I:
- Pay 2pts extra per model for the privilige of making a monster class
or I:
- Invest a class trait, to create and extra class

This was designed to be like a Monster Tamer Class. Ideally its taken as a Class Trait but you could if so desired be a faction trait (although that would be expensive per model). The whole point is being able to ignore progression costs to bring in monsters. As a class trait its a small point cost.
This could be used to create a monster class with the Mount trait for example. It would allow you to create monstrous mounts (or just cool mounts) for your faction.
