Apex predators

When creating a lvl 5 insekt what does Apex predator do.

Can you increase 1 ability in every trait you select?

Or does it just effect 1 trait.

If you take a trait that gives bonus traits does it effect all trait selected

So if you take fey hybrid 1 class ability

Do you increase fey hybrid to 2 then increase the trait selected

So if you have concealing strikes 1 it can be 2
